  • Once we receive an online order, orders can take up to 5-7 days to process. If an item that you have ordered is out of stock with a supplier, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you updated. 
  • If you order an item and have it personalised, this item will be non-refundable or exchangeable. Please ensure that you order the correct size, if you require any help with this please contact us prior to ordering.
  • If the item you have received - personalised or not - is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Anytime after this and we will not be liable to replace any items.
  • When checking out your order, you select the £2.00 shipping option (only applicable to certain club shops), we require a minimum of 3x orders to be with us before we dispatch them to the club for the customer to collect. This can add extra time to your order processing.
